Good cause appearing, the Joint Motion to Transfer Action to the Northern District of
California, San Jose Division is GRANTED.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1404(a), this action is ordered transferred to the San

Jose Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California to be

coordinated and consolidated with “In re Apple and AT&T iPad Unlimited Data Plan Litigation,”

Case No. 5:10-cv-02553-RMW, for all further pretrial and trial proceedings.

Plaintiff need not file an amended complaint to effectuate such transfer.

The Clerk of this Court is to close the file in this Court and to transfer the file to

the United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
