ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The Court advised Plaintiff that if he failed to file an amended complaint within thirty days from the date the order is filed, i.e., no later than August 26, 2011, the Court would dismiss this action without prejudice. On July 27, 2011, the Court dismissed the complaint with 19 leave to amend because the complaint failed to provide information regarding the 20 exhaustion of administrative remedies. (See Docket No. 6.) The Court advised Plaintiff 21 that if he failed to file an amended complaint within thirty days from the date the order is 22 filed, i.e., no later than August 26, 2011, the Court would dismiss this action without 23 prejudice. (See id. at 2.) 24 25 The deadline has since passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint.
