for violations of: the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1; the Cartwright Act, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§

16720, et seq.; and the Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17200, et seq. See
