IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff Schlumberger Technology Corporation,

Inc. and Defendants East Charleston, Inc., and Pacific American Management Company, through

their respective counsel:

1. The Court has scheduled May 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. as the hearing date for any Daubert

6

motions these parties intend to pursue. These parties stipulate that any such motion must be

7

filed by March 14, 2013, and any opposition must be filed by April 11, 2013. The Court has

8

previously ordered that no replies shall be filed.

2. The Court has scheduled May 16, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. as the hearing date for any in limine

10

motions these parties intend to pursue. These parties stipulate that any such motion must be

11

filed by March 28, 2013 and any opposition must be filed by April 25, 2013. The Court has

previously ordered that no replies shall be filed.
