Pursuant to the Joint Status Report and Stipulation of the Parties Re: Settlement

Conference and Request to Extend Time for Filing of Pretrial Conference Statement to Facilitate

Settlement Negotiations, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the deadline for

5

filing of the Joint Pretrial Conference Statement is hereby extended by one week to June 13,

6

2013, in order to facilitate settlement negotiations. The Parties will file an additional Joint Status

7

Report re: Settlement on or before June 11, 2013. All other dates in the Case Management Order,

8

including the date of the Pretrial Conference on June 20, 2013, remain unchanged.
