Edward J. Davila. Joint Final Pretrial Conference statement and Motion in Limine due by 9/21/2012. Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law due 9/28/2012. Bench Trial set for 10/16/2012 - 10/17/2012 01:30 PM before Hon. Edward J. Davila. the above entitled case is referred to Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal for a settlement conference to occur no later than September 21, 2012. The parties are instructed to contact Judge Grewal's chambers directly to arrange a date for the conference. The court advises th e parties that is the final case schedule. Both Plaintiff and Defendants are expected to comply as directed above.
