On August 18, 2011, Defendants HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and BAC Home Loan Servicing,

LP moved to dismiss. On August 19, 2011, this court ordered that the parties file either a “consent
21
to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge,” or else a “declination to proceed before a
22
United States Magistrate Judge and request for reassignment” no later than August 26, 2011. Not all
23
of the parties have consented (or otherwise responded to the August 26 order) to jurisdiction of this
24
court. Accordingly, the above-captioned action shall be reassigned to a district court judge.
