On 20 the same day, the Clerk sent Plaintiff notice that he must either pay the filing fee or file an 21 In Forma Pauperis (“IFP”) Application to proceed with this action. (Docket No. 3.) 22 Plaintiff thereafter filed an IFP application which is deficient because the attached 23 Certificate of Funds in Prisoner’s Account was not completed by an authorized prison 24 official. (Docket No. 6.) On October 21, 2011, in the interest of justice, the Court 25 granted Plaintiff an extension of time to file a completed Certificate of Funds in 26 Prisoner’s Account to complete his IFP application. (See Docket No. 12.) Plaintiff was 27 advised that failure to file the missing document within thirty days of the order. (Id.) 28 On November 9, 2011, Plaintiff filed a letter indicating that he’s been attempting Order Granting Second Ext. Of Time to File IFP 02736Lopez_eot-ifp2.wpd 1 1 to obtain the Certificate of Funds. (See Docket No. 15.) The Court will construe this 2 letter as a request for additional time to complete his IFP application. 3 Plaintiff shall submit the missing document within thirty (30) days of the date this 4 order is filed. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the complete filing fee of $350.00 to avoid 5 dismissal of this case.
