Petitioner, proceeding pro se, filed the instant petition for a writ of habeas corpus

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, challenging the conditions of parole.

On July 29, 2011, Petitioner filed a motion for voluntary dismissal of the instant
21
petition, stating that an “acceptable settlement has been reached.” (Docket No. 3.)
22
Petitioner’s motion for voluntary dismissal is GRANTED. The instant habeas petition is
23
DISMISSED without prejudice.

This order terminates Docket No. 3.
