I am employed by Defendant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) as Director, Revenue

Controller. Except as otherwise noted, I have personal knowledge of the following facts and if

called to testify could and would testify competently thereto.

During the period from May 1, 2010 to May 1, 2011, Facebook earned in excess of

$25,000,000 in gross revenue from business and organizations in the United States who paid for

7

advertisements and/or Sponsored Stories on Facebook.
