ECF No. 19. The parties’ motion is DENIED because they 19 have not shown good cause for a six month stay. The parties may, if they so choose, file a 20 stipulation dismissing the case without prejudice and instituting a tolling agreement to preserve the 21 respective rights of the parties. 22 Otherwise, the parties shall attend the case management conference currently scheduled for 23 December 21, 2011, and shall file a joint case management statement by Monday, December 19, 24 2011 at noon. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: December 15, 2011 _________________________________ LUCY H.
