IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of

record, that this action be remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further administrative

20

action pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), sentence

21

four.

On remand, the administrative law judge (ALJ) will issue a new decision, explaining the reasoning

23

underlying the sedentary residual functional capacity finding, including but not limited to, a discussion

24

and analysis of the opinions of medical expert, Dr. Gerber, and the claimant’s treating providers and an

25

analysis of the medical evidence generally. In addition, the new decision should discuss the specific

26

evidence that the ALJ relied upon in finding the claimant not credible.
