individual and doing business as TRITON APPRAISALS, by and through their respective

attorneys of record, hereby stipulate and agree to modify the Case Management Order of

September 27, 2011 to allow the Parties to complete private mediation to June 8, 2012 in

26

order to allow the Parties additional time to conduct discovery prior to mediation. The
