On August 31, 2011, Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a federal writ of
18
habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. That same day, the Court sent a notification to
19
Petitioner, informing her that she did not pay the filing fee, nor did she file a completed in forma
20
pauperis (“IFP”) application. The Court provided a blank IFP application, along with a return
21
envelope, and a notification that the case would be dismissed if Petitioner failed to pay the fee,
22
or file a completed application with supporting documentation within thirty days. To date,
23
Petitioner has not communicated with the Court. As more than thirty days have passed, and
24
Petitioner has not completed an IFP application, or paid the filing fee, this case is DISMISSED
25
without prejudice.
