All of these actions are class actions naming Facebook, Inc. as a defendant for violating

14

18 U.S.C. §2511 - the Federal Wiretap Act. This common cause of action arose from Facebook,

15

Inc. secretly tracking its users’ web browsing without the users’ knowledge or consent even after

16

the users had logged out of their Facebook account. Plaintiff does not believe that transfer should

17

be effected pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407 or that coordination between the various actions is

18

necessary.
