Plaintiff filed a pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On August

19

27, 2013, Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. (Docket No. 28.) On

20

November 6, 2013, this Court granted Plaintiff an extension of time until November 19,

21

2013, to file an opposition. (Docket No. 45.) On October 28, 2013, Defendants filed a

22

second motion for summary judgment. (Docket No. 39.) Plaintiff filed two motions

23

requesting additional time to file oppositions to Defendants’ motions. (Docket Nos. 46 &

24

48.) Defendants filed statements of non-opposition to both of Plaintiff’s motions.

25

(Docket Nos. 47 & 49.) Defendants requests that a reply be due no earlier than January

26

24, 2014, due to counsel’s unavailability from January 4, 2014 to January 12, 2014.

27

(Docket No. 49.) This Court construes Plaintiff’s motions as a request for additional time

28

to file a consolidated opposition.

Plaintiff’s request is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file a consolidated opposition no

2

later than December 26, 2013, thirty days beyond the previous due date of Plaintiff’s

3

opposition. Defendants’ reply shall be filed no later than January 24, 2014.

This order terminates Docket Nos. 46 and 48.
