Petitioner, a California state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for writ of habeas
17
corpus on December 14, 2011. That same day, the court sent a notification to petitioner
18
informing him that he did not file a completed in forma pauperis application, nor did he pay the
19
required filing fee. The court provided a copy of the in forma pauperis application, along with a
20
return envelope, and a notification that the case would be dismissed if petitioner failed to pay the
21
fee or file a completed application with supporting documentation within thirty days. No
22
response has been received from petitioner. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without
23
prejudice.
