That same day, the court sent a notification to petitioner 18 informing him that he did not file a completed in forma pauperis application, nor did he pay the 19 required filing fee. The court provided a copy of the in forma pauperis application, along with a 20 return envelope, and a notification that the case would be dismissed if petitioner failed to pay the 21 fee or file a completed application with supporting documentation within thirty days. No 22 response has been received from petitioner. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without 23 prejudice. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 DATED: 26 RONALD M.
