Defendant JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA (“JP Morgan”) moves to dismiss. This case has been

assigned to the undersigned magistrate judge. Before the court takes any further action in the case,

20

the court must determine whether or not all of the parties who have appeared consent to magistrate

21

judge jurisdiction by the undersigned, or whether any of the parties request reassignment to a district

22

judge. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than February 16, 2012, each party shall file either

24

a “Consent to Proceed Before a United States Magistrate Judge,” or else a “Declination to Proceed
