For a period of six months after final disposition of the litigation (as defined in 25 Section 4: Duration), this court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Protective 26 Order; and 27 28 2. In the event of any confidentiality challenge, or any disclosure or discovery- related dispute, the parties and all affected non-parties shall comply with the undersigned’s 1 2 3 Standing Order re Civil Discovery Disputes.
