Petitioner, proceeding pro se, filed a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

19 On May 13, 2013, the court issued an order to show cause directing respondent to file an answer or
20 dispositive motion within sixty days. (Docket No. 14.) Respondent has filed a motion requesting
21 a second enlargement of time to file a response. (Docket No. 19.) Petitioner has filed an
22 opposition. (Docket No. 20.)

Respondent’s motion is GRANTED. Respondent shall file an answer or dispositive

24 motion no later than December 11, 2013. Petitioner may file a traverse within thirty (30) days
25 after an answer is filed. If respondent files a dispositive motion, petitioner shall file an opposition
26 within twenty-eight (28) days after a dispositive motion is filed and respondent may file a reply
27 within fourteen (14) days thereafter. No further extensions of time will be granted absent exigent
28 circumstances.
