IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.; Samsung Electronics America, Inc.;
3 and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC and Plaintiff Apple Inc., and their attorneys,
4 paralegals, assistants and consultants (the “parties”) may bring laptop computers, remote controls
5 for same, audio-visual projectors, laser pointers, projector screens and carts, video distribution
6 amplifiers, monitors, speakers, and various cables, cords and power strips, A/B switches, samples
7 of the products at issue in this litigation, and related equipment into the courtroom for use at the
8 hearing on the Motion to Strike Expert Testimony Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 1:30 pm.

Beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, the parties may have
10 access to the courtroom to set up the above equipment so that the parties will be prepared to
11 proceed with the hearing as scheduled.

At 10:30 am on Thursday, January 23, 2014, the parties may have access to the
13 courtroom to test the existing equipment therein for the purpose of determining what, if any,
14 additional equipment will be necessary.
