The parties, through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree as

2 follows:

WHEREAS, Plaintiff Apple Inc. and Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung

4 Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (together with
5 Apple, “the Parties”) seek to use certain equipment and devices at trial beginning on March 31,
6 2014;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and agreed to by and between the

8 Parties that

The Parties and their attorneys, paralegals, assistants and consultants may bring

10 laptop computers, remote controls for same, audio-visual projectors, laser pointers, projector
11 screens and carts, video distribution amplifiers, monitors, speakers, and various cables, cords and
12 power strips, A/B switches, samples of the products at issue in this litigation, and related
13 equipment into the courtroom for use at trial beginning on March 31, 2014;

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2014, the Parties may have access to

15 the courtroom to set up and test the above equipment so that the Parties will be prepared to
16 proceed with the trial as scheduled.
