ORDER OF DISMISSAL. On April 2, 2012, in the interest of justice, the Court granted Plaintiff an extension of time to file a completed IFP application within thirty days of the date the order was filed. The deadline has since passed, and Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee nor filed an IFP application. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee.
