Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 17 U.S.C. § 1983. The Court issued an order of service for Defendants R. Perez and J. Juarez. 18 (Docket No. 10.) Defendants R. Perez and J. Juarez filed waivers of reply and demands for jury 19 trial. (Docket Nos. 20 and 28.) Plaintiff has filed a motion for a sixty day extension of time “to 20 respond to the defendants ‘Waiver of Reply.’” (Docket No. 32.)
