Defendants Ross and Collier have filed a motion to dismiss for failure to state a 18 claim. Defendants’ deadline for filing a motion for summary judgment is currently April 22, 19 2013. They request extending the current deadline pending disposition of the previously filed 20 motion to dismiss. Defendants’ motion is GRANTED. The current deadline is VACATED. 21 The court shall set a new briefing schedule after disposition of the motion to dismiss. 22 This order terminates docket no. 51. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 25 DATED: RONALD M.
