STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER
FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of
record, that Defendant shall have a second extension of time of 35 days to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion
for Summary Judgment and/or Remand. The new due date for Defendant’s response will be April 1,
2013. Defendant needs the additional time to further review the file and prepare a response in this
matter due to a heavy workload, despite due diligence.

sentence of section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
