On December 2, 2012, the Court filed an order granting-in-part and denying-in-part

Defendant Organo Gold’s motion to dismiss, and granting Plaintiffs’ leave to amend their first,
24
second, and eighth causes of action for RICO violations and defamation. See Dkt. No. 50. The
25
deadline to file an amended complaint is December 23, 2012, 21 days from the date of the Court’s
26
order granting leave to amend.
