The Court, having considered the stipulation of the Parties (Dkt. #45), and
for good cause shown, orders as follows:

Defendant Chobani, Inc. shall have until April 15, 2013 to file
opposition to Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction (Dkt. #44).
