On May 16, 2012, Plaintiff filed a complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On the

16

same day, the Clerk sent Plaintiff a notice that his In Forma Pauperis (“IFP”) Application

17

was insufficient. (Doc. No. 3.) On July 10, 2012, Plaintiff’s case was dismissed without

18

prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee. (Doc. No. 4.) On July 12, 2012, Plaintiff filed

19

an incomplete IFP application. (Doc. No. 6.) The Court granted Plaintiff two extensions

20

of time to file a complete IFP application. (Doc. Nos. 8, 10.) Plaintiff was warned that if

21

a complete IFP application was not filed by December 17, 2012, his case would be

22

dismissed. The deadline has passed and Plaintiff has not filed the required documents.

23

Accordingly, Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED.

24

The Clerk shall terminate any pending motions and close the file.
