Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, seeks a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to

18

28 U.S.C. § 2254. This court issued an order to show cause. (Doc. No. 6.) Respondent has filed

19

a motion to enlarge the time in which to file an answer to the petition for writ of habeas corpus.

20

(Doc. No. 8.) Good cause appearing, respondent’s motion is GRANTED. Respondent shall file

21

an answer or dispositive motion no later than March 11, 2013. If respondent files an answer,

22

petitioner may file a traverse within thirty (30) days thereafter.

23

Should respondent file a dispositive motion in lieu of an answer, petitioner shall file his

24

opposition within twenty-eight (28) days after the answer is filed. Respondent shall file a reply

25

within fourteen (14) days thereafter.
