ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On June 20, 2012, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a complaint, pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
16
§ 1983, and 5 U.S.C. § 552a. The same day, the Clerk notified Plaintiff that he had not paid the
17
filing fee, nor had he filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). Along with the
18
deficiency notice, Plaintiff was provided with a IFP application and instructions for completing
19
it. Plaintiff was further cautioned that his failure to filed a completed IFP application, or pay the
20
filing fee within thirty days would result in the dismissal of this action. To date, Plaintiff has not
21
paid his filing fee, nor has he filed a completed IFP application.
22
Accordingly, the instant action is DISMISSED without prejudice. The Clerk shall
23
terminate all motions, enter judgment, and close the file.
