In light of the current proceedings before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation as

well as Plaintiff’s unresolved administrative motion to stay (see Docket Item No. 204), the court

finds that a Case Management Conference is premature at this time.

Accordingly, the Case Management Conference currently scheduled for November 16, 2012,

is CONTINUED to January 11, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. The parties shall file an updated Joint Case

21

Management Statement on or before January 4, 2013.
