Having considered the papers submitted by the parties and the arguments made at the 17 hearing, and for the reasons stated on the record at the hearing, the Court orders that the requested 18 IME of Tyrone Campbell, currently scheduled for June 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at neurologist Dr. 19 Cassini’s offices located at 326 Bryant Street, Palo Alto, California, proceed as scheduled.
