RECONSIDERATION

Plaintiff, a California state prisoner, proceeding pro se, filed a civil rights complaint

pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On December 3, 2012, the Court dismissed Plaintiff’s complaint

15

without prejudice and with leave to amend. (Doc. No. 9) The Court also denied Plaintiff’s

16

request for appointment of counsel. (Id.) Plaintiff has filed motion for extension of time to file

17

an amended compliant, and requested that the Court reconsider its order denying appointment of

18

counsel. (Doc. No. 12)

Plaintiff’s motion for an extensions of time to file an amended complaint is GRANTED.

20

Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint no later than thirty (30) days after the filing date of

21

this order. The amended complaint must include the caption and civil case number used in this

22

order (C 12-4400 RMW (PR)) and the words AMENDED COMPLAINT on the first page.

23

Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration of the Court’s order denying appointment of

24

counsel is DENIED. Plaintiff has not shown any changed circumstances from the Court's

25

previous orders denying appointment of counsel.
