Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a second amended civil rights complaint pursuant to 42

U.S.C. § 1983. Defendants filed motions for summary judgment. (Docket Nos. 52 and 54.) Plaintiff

20

has filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file an oppositions to defendants’ motions for

21

summary judgment. (Docket No. 60.)

22

Plaintiff’s request for an extension of time to file an opposition is GRANTED. Plaintiff

23

shall file an opposition no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the filing date of this order.

24

Defendants shall file a reply within fourteen days thereafter.

25

This order terminates docket number 60.
