(“Capital One”), 18 Chevy Chase Bank, F.S.B. (“CCB”), and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.’s 19 (“MERS”) (collectively, “Defendants”) motion to dismiss the complaint with leave to amend by 20 January 7, 2013. Plaintiffs Narpat Bhandari and Chandra Bhandari (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) 21 move for an extension of time to file an amended complaint based on their recent substitution of 22 counsel. Finding good cause appearing, 23 the court GRANTS-IN-PART Plaintiffs’ motion to extend time.
