See ECF No. 22. 20 In the Statement, Defendant stated “I, Defendant Micahel formico, upon application to the Court, 21 22 pursuant to Rule E(4)(f) of the Supplemental Admiralty Rules of the Federal Rules of Civil 23 Procedure, and local rules of Admiralty for the Northern District of California 4-8 will Request for 24 a Hearing Plaintiff shall be required to show cause for arrest or should be vacated or other relief 25 granted.” Id. Defendant’s statement is unclear.
