On Friday, the parties appeared before the undersigned for a pretrial conference. In
addition to resolving the motions-in-limine, the undersigned set a schedule for the pending trial.

Each side shall have an hour for opening statements, an hour for closing arguments, and a total of

twenty hours for direct and cross-examination of witnesses. However, if it should become
necessary, the court will entertain requests for addition time to present testimony.
The court will address disputes over exhibits, demonstratives and deposition testimony on

the day in which they are to be used, before the jury arrives. In addition, the court will hold a

charging conference to decide on final jury instructions partway through the case. In general, the
