That the sum of $115,000.00 on deposit in the Court's registry, plus any interest accrued 19 thereon, be disbursed to Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff Superior Foods, Inc. with the 20 check made payable to “Superior Foods, Inc.” and delivered to its counsel: McCarron & 21 Diess, Attn: Kate Ellis, Esq., 4530 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Suite 301, Washington, DC 22 20016; and 23 2. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4l(a)(l)(A)(ii), that this case be dismissed with prejudice. 24 ECF No. 46. 25 The parties’ stipulation is GRANTED.
