GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, it is hereby ordered that respondent is granted an

enlargement of time, to and including June 21, 2013, to file a response to the petition for writ of

17

habeas corpus. If respondent files an answer, petitioner may respond by filing a traverse with the

18

court and serving it on respondent within 30 days of the date the answer is filed. If respondent

19

files a motion to dismiss on procedural grounds in lieu of an answer, petitioner shall file with the

20

court and serve on respondent an opposition or statement of non-opposition within 28 days of the

21

date the motion is filed, and respondent shall file with the court and serve on petitioner a reply

22

within 14 days of the date any opposition is filed.
