The default taken by plaintiff ST. PAUL MERCURY INSURANCE COMPANY as

to defendant ROCKHILL INSURANCE COMPANY (“Rockhill”) is hereby set aside.

Rockhill shall file an answer to plaintiff’s complaint no later than May 20, 2013.
