Counsel for both parties having failed to appear for the Initial Case Management Conference
scheduled for May 7, 2013, the Initial Case Management Conference is continued to May 21, 2013
at 10:00 am in Courtroom 2, Fifth Floor, 280 South First St., San Jose CA 95113. All parties shall
appear for the rescheduled Initial Case Management Conference and show cause, if any, why they
should not be sanctioned for their failure to appear at the previously scheduled Case Management
Conference. The parties shall file an updated Joint Case Management Conference Statement, in
addition to separate statements in response to this Order to Show Cause, no later than May 14,
2013. The statements in response to this Order to Show Case shall provide the reason that counsel
failed to appear for the May 7, 2013 Initial Case Management Conference.
