See ECF No. 16. The Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ stipulation and 22 dismisses the Superior Court and the Bankruptcy Court without prejudice. The Court also hereby 23 DENIES AS MOOT the Superior Court and the Bankruptcy Court’s pending motion to dismiss. 24 See ECF No. 8. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: April 8, 2013 _________________________________ LUCY H.
