The Court adopts plaintiffs’ proposal to streamline the structure of plaintiffs’ interim lead
counsel and orders as follows:

The position of interim liaison counsel is eliminated. Plaintiffs’ interim executive

committee may make all filings through Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer, LLP which has an office in this

District. Former interim liaison counsel Kiesel Law LLP is appointed to the interim steering
committee.
2.

Jay Barnes of Barnes & Associates is appointed to the interim steering committee,

replacing Mark S. Mandell, who has agreed to withdraw from the interim steering committee.
