Plaintiffs’ letter request (Dkt. No. 141) does not comply with this Court’s Standing Order
22
for Civil Cases, dated January 25, 2017. (Order at 1, Part II (“Judge Davila does not review or
23
respond to letters or letter briefs providing case information or seeking relief from the Court even
24
if the letter is filed on the docket. All requests requiring the Court to take action shall be made
25
either by Stipulation and Proposed Order or by appropriate motion filed pursuant to the Civil
26
Local Rules.”).) Although Facebook opposes the relief requested in the improperly filed letter as
27
unnecessary and inconsistent with the interests of judicial economy, in light of this Court’s
28
standing order, Facebook will not file an opposition unless the Court so requests.
