NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), Plaintiff

Edward Stravato voluntarily dismisses without prejudice the above-captioned individual action against

3

Defendant Facebook, Inc. Plaintiff withdraws his individual claims only and not those of any

4

similarly situated class member. Plaintiff originally filed his action in the District of Rhode Island, No.

5

1:11-cv-00624 (D.R.I.), and it was transferred to the Northern District of California. By this Court’s

6

order dated April 3, 2012 (MDL ECF No. 19), the Stravato action was consolidated into the above-

7

captioned MDL. Plaintiff withdraws his claims for personal reasons not related to the merits of the

8

claims. Plaintiff is not serving in a class representative capacity in the MDL and has no current role in

9

the MDL.
