SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate as
follows:
1.
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs and Defendants met and conferred regarding potential
amendments and revisions to the Complaint in order to facilitate settlement proceedings;
2.
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that Plaintiff may file a Second Amended
Complaint, which removes some factual allegations only, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
3.
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that Defendants waive notice and service of the
Second Amended Complaint and shall not be required to answer the amendment.
4.
WHERAS, the parties agree that this amendment will not necessitate any
modifications of deadlines already set by the Court.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties jointly request that the Court grant leave to the Plaintiffs to
file the proposed Second Amended Complaint.
