Defendant Insphere Insurance 22 Solutions, Inc. filed an answer to Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint in Santa Clara County 23 Superior Court on January 30, 2013. On February, 4, 2013, this action was removed to the instant 24 Court. The parties have submitted a stipulation requesting that Defendant Insphere Insurance 25 Solutions, Inc. (“Insphere”) be permitted to file an Amended Answer to the FAC by March 7, 26 2013. See ECF No. 15. The Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ request.
