The same 20 day, the Clerk of the Court sent Plaintiff a notice that he must file a complaint using the 21 court’s form complaint within thirty days from the filing date of the notice to avoid 22 dismissal. (See Docket No. 2.) Plaintiff was provided with a blank copy of the form 23 complaint. 24 25 The deadline has since passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint.
