Louis M. Marlin, lead trial counsel for Plaintiff Tanner Trosper and the Certified Class,
respectfully requests to appear via telephone for the case management conference scheduled on
February 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 8 of this Court, the Honorable Lucy Koh presiding.
Mr. Marlin is the lead trial attorney for this case and resides in Orange County, California. Mr.
Marlin fell ill on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 with bronchitis and has been ill since that time.
While he is doing better this week, he has been instructed by his physician, Janja Viltuznik, M.D. not
to travel for the next week pending his recovery from the illness. Attached hereto as Exhibit I is a
copy of a letter from Dr. Viltuznik. Since he has been instructed not to travel by his physician, Mr.
